Isan Mehr Alborz Company was established in 2018 by Asan Qazvin Holding, relying on the expertise and experience gained over two decades of activity in the printing and packaging industry. The company uses the most up-to-date printing, die-cutting, and gluing machinery to produce a variety of laminated boxes at a speed of 10,000 sheets per hour.

The ability to print six colors with a resolution of 200 lines per inch (LPI) along with cellophane and UV coating increases production speed and print quality significantly. Products in this section have been widely welcomed by customers due to their very high quality and greater strength than other packaging products.

Isan Mehr also produces various types of laminated boxes using single face sheets, three-layer sheets, and five-layer sheets with flutes CB-CE-C-B-D-E-F based on customer needs.

در چاپخانه لیبل آسان پک امکان تولید لیبل های اطلاعات متغیر نیز وجود دارد . این بدان معناست که شما می‌توانید چندین هزار لیبل را به ما سفارش دهید که هر یک با دیگری متفاوت است که روی هرکدام بارکد، شماره سریالی و حتی طرح جداگانه‌ای درج شده است.

کنترل کیفیت در واحد تولید لیبل‌ تماما به صورت اتوماتیک انجام می‌گیرد.

در این قسمت ابتدا چند نمونه جهت اخذ تاییدیه از ناظر چاپ تولید می‌گردد. سپس لیبل‌ها بر اساس نمونه شاهد تایید شده به تولید انبوه می‌رسند. بعد از تولید، لیبل‌ها توسط ماشین های کنترل کیفی مجهز به دوربین‌های 4k به منظور تطابق کامل با نمونه تایید شده و حذف کامل ضایعات بررسی می‌شوند.

کنترل کیفیت تمام اتوماتیک رولهای چاپی باعث می‌شود کیفیت لیبل‌های تولید شده به میزان چشمگیری افزایش یافته و رول های تحویلی آسان پک به مشتری هیچ برچسب معیوبی نداشته باشند.

امروزه به دلایل زیست محیطی استفاده از سبدهای پلاستیکی در حمل و نقل محصولات تازه مانند میوه، سبزیجات و محصولات لبنی منسوخ گردیده و در جا به جایی های درون شهری، بین شهری و صادرات این محصولات از کارتن های سبدی شکل که اصطلاحا آنها را کارتن میوه می نامند استفاده میشود.

آسان پک جهت تکمیل تولیدات خود و به منظور رفع نیاز کشاورزان و صادرکنندگان کشور اقدام به راه اندازی بخشی مجزا جهت تولید کارتن های سبدی کرده است. ماشین آلات BOIX در این قسمت به صورت تخصصی به تولید کارتن سبدهای ستون دار و بی ستون اختصاص داده شده‌اند .
