Labels not only enhance the visual appeal of a product by providing additional information about the product, but also improve the customer experience. Therefore, when choosing the type of label, design and print quality are of special importance in increasing sales. Asanpack has the most modern technology, up-to-date machines, and with the cooperation of its professional workforce is able to produce different types of labels with highest quality. Labels are made from a variety of materials such as paper and film (transparent, white, metallized) with different thicknesses from 20 to 400 microns.

The label production department of the Asanpack factory uses a variety of printing techniques, including flexo and digital printing. This part of the factory features five label printing lines—two lines of flexo printing machines with image resolution up to 200 LPI and the possibility of printing up to 10 colors and one layer of varnish. In addition, there are also two flexo printing machines with the ability to print 8 colors and one layer of varnish simultaneously. Using techniques such as Relam Delam (Double-side printing) and implementing complementary processes such as silk screen, foil stamping and coating
Next to the flexo printing machines in the Asanpack label printing area, there are digital printing machines. These machines are suitable for producing low-volume orders with very high quality. With 1600 dpi resolution, you’re guaranteed high quality with this type of printing. In addition, these machines eliminate the costs and time of making printing supplies such as cliche and plates; therefore, production is faster.
Today, multi-layer labels are widely used throughout the world. These labels provide additional information about a product by allocating additional space. This type of label eliminates the need to prepare a brochure.

Asan Pack can create variable data labels, which means that you can have several thousand labels created each with a different barcode and serial number as well as a separate design.
In this section, the printing supervisor first approves samples. Mass production begins after the labels pass inspection by quality control machines equipped with 4k cameras.
