Asan Pack’s corrugated box conversion department, with its high production capacity in the production of corrugated boxes and trays, has made Iran a leading producer in the Middle East.

The company produces a wide range of products, including folding corrugated boxes, die-cut corrugated boxes, locked bottom corrugated boxes, single-adhesive to six-adhesive keyboard boxes, open-top corrugated boxes, non-adhesive corrugated boxes (lockable), waterproof corrugated boxes and displays (stands), trays, dividers and holders.

Flexo printing up to 4 colors simultaneously

The printing department at Asanpack corrugated box section is equipped with French and Swiss machines. The department has four parallel printing lines with the flexo technique, producing American corrugated boxes using the most modern corrugated box production machine in the Middle East. This machine is capable of flexo printing up to 4 colors at a resolution of 160 LPI, with a production speed of 24,000 corrugated boxes per hour. It also prints, cuts, and glues without the need for molds or straps.

French Bobst machines are used for the production of high-area die-cut corrugated boxes. These machines have a speed of 11,000 sheets per hour, and they provide flexo printing in up to 4 colors with a resolution of 160 LPI.

Asanpack’s luxury printing line, capable of producing 5,500 sheets per hour, is a valued asset in the production cycle of this company.

This machine professionally and with very high-quality prints directly up to 4 colors on the corrugated boxes and a layer of varnish coating on the glossy paper of Lipolux in one step.

The one-step nature of this printing method, compared to its corresponding printing method, i.e. offset printing (laminated boxes), saves production time and reduces production costs by 70%.
